Role Overview

Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system.
 
Compensation & Benefits
 
Base Salary: $425,000 annually 
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000 with 2-year commitment
PRN/Extra shifts: $275/hour

Schedule
Standard daytime schedule (ASC setting) 
No call, nights, weekends, or holidays. 
Opportunity for additional shifts for supplemental income
 
High-volume ambulatory surgery center with 6–7 operating rooms daily
Case Mix: Orthopedics, ENT, FI, Pain, Podiatry, General surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Urology
