Role Overview

Summary of Job:  NorthStar is searching for an Anesthesiologist to join our team at a flagship hospital in the heart of Fort Worth!  This is an opportunity to work in a collegial environment with engaged & dynamic leadership at local, regional and national levels.  The role will include taking call for liver and kidney transplantation cases which require being available for weeknights and weekends.  We are also excited to announce the launch of our anesthesiology residency program at this location and enhancing our team with additional academic minded physicians.
 

Cases include: General, Liver and Kidney Transplants, Endo, ENT, Major Vascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Plastics, and Urology.

 

Compensation: $510K All-In Annually ($420K Salary, $25K Quality Incentives, ~$20K+ call pay, ~$45K+ for Liver/Kidney Transplantation) plus 8 weeks PTO, and $75K Signing Bonus.
