This leader will receive a strong annual base compensation of $575k, plus a $25k Quality Incentive, $30k Medical Director Stipend, a $125k sign-on bonus, 13 weeks PTO and inclusive benefits. Case Mix:
There is a diverse case mix, including mostly general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, cath lab, OB, and some pediatrics (ASA 1 dental usually). No trauma, transplant, neurosurgery or spine, ENT or high-risk OB.
